I’d Appreciate Your Help

Every two years, Thinkers50 ranks the world’s top management thinkers. Many of my own heroes, the people I admire and look up to, are often listed. I’ve never tossed my hat into the ring, but with the wild success of The Coaching Habit, perhaps this year I might (just might!) stand a chance. My other books include End Malaria (which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Malaria No More), Do More Great Work, Get Unstuck & Get Going, and Great Work Provocations.

My goal — and Box of Crayon’s raison d’être — is effective coaching: for coaching to become a regular, informal part of your day so managers and their teams can work less hard and have more impact. I believe that when people can be more coach-like, they can bring out the potential in others and focus on their own Great Work.

Would you please take a minute or two to check out my video where I make my case. I would love and appreciate a nomination, if you are so moved. If not me, nominate your favourite management thinker, someone who has made an impact on how you lead, or who brings a new perspective and diversity of thought.

Nominate me here.
